      1. Startup

            • 1992

              Started in 1992, the company began as a family workshop with an area of only 500 square meters, composed of family members and a few relatives. The main equipment included a manual die-casting machine and several metal lathes. Initially, the company provided processing parts for the Hangzhou Panasonic Washing Machine Factory, operating on a self-production and self-marketing model.

            • 1997

              The company entered a key five-year development period in cooperation with Panasonic, was rated as a core supplier, and was given the opportunity to study advanced management experience in Japan. During this period, the company benefited from the industrialization and automation capabilities of Japanese enterprises, laying the foundation for the company's rapid growth.

      2. Growth

            • 2000

              In the 21st century, the company acquired land and constructed a 4,000 sqm factory to adapt to new era demands. It introduced CNC machining centers, shifting to automated machinery. The workforce grew to 50-60, with annual sales exceeding 20 million. Amid market shifts, the company kept innovating and adjusting to enhance ties with Panasonic and stay competitive.

            • 2001

              In 2001, the company registered "Yuyao Risheng Machinery Company," implying daily achievements, and continued to deepen the study of Panasonic's management and business model. Through a friend's introduction, the president of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries inspected and recognized the company's hardware and management philosophy, thus facilitating long-term cooperation with Japan's Mitsubishi;

            • 2002

              In 2002, inspired by China's successful Olympic bid, the company registered the "Aosheng" brand trademark, taking the Olympic spirit as motivation, and committed to the development goal of daily achievements

            • 2003

              In 2003, the second plot of land was purchased, and a factory of about 10,000 square meters was built;

            • 2004

              Ningbo Aosheng Machinery Co., Ltd. was established and the "Aosheng" brand image was established. The company expanded its business scope and improved its technical level through cross-disciplinary cooperation, successfully transforming from parts manufacturing to complete machine production and sales, with products sold in domestic and international markets;

            • 2005

              The company further expanded its production field, adding the manufacturing of powder sprayers, water pumps, and brush cutters, showing the company's strategic layout for diversified development;

            • 2007

              In 2007, it participated in the Canton Fair for the first time, starting to focus on foreign trade business, with about 150 employees at the time, and annual sales reaching over 80 million.

      3. Development

            • 2010

              In 2010, after three years of foreign trade sales, the company achieved profitability, increased market share and customer satisfaction, with export sales of 60 million. Faced with the rapid development of technology, the company initiated an innovation strategy, increasing research and development and investment to adapt to the ever-changing market demands.

            • 2010

              The company purchased a third plot of land and built a factory covering more than 57,000 square meters.

            • 2012

              The company moved into the new factory and changed its name to "Zhejiang Risheng Agriculture and Forestry Technology Co., Ltd.", established a team of experienced researchers and development personnel, and introduced advanced processes and equipment, laying a solid foundation for the production of high-quality agricultural and forestry machinery equipment and the rapid development of the enterprise.

            • 2015

              The company established a professional laboratory and design technology center nationwide.

            • 2016

              The company developed new types of garden machinery products powered by lithium batteries.

            • 2018

              In 2018, the products had entered the foreign market.

      4. Breakthrough

            • 2019

              In 2019, the company developed a hybrid four-stroke engine, overcoming Western tech barriers and filling a domestic void. It produced 500,000 units annually across 10 series and over 60 models, evolving into a high-tech firm with integrated R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service. The company won many provincial-level honorary titles and won market recognition.

            • 2020

              In 2020, the company, with continuous technological innovation and strict quality control, obtained a number of domestic and international certifications (including ISO9001, ISO14001, CCC, CE, EPA, GS, Euro II emissions, etc.), and cooperated with relevant national research institutes, becoming a domestic industry standard setter and owning more than 100 patents.

              In 2023, the company's output value reached 250 million.
