The Best Water Pump for Home Gardening Irrigation
1. Pump Working Principle and Common Types
Centrifugal self-priming water pumps use a rotating impeller to generate centrifugal force, enabling self-priming at low head, making them suitable for evenly supplying water to small flower beds and lawns.
Electric spray/chargeable water pumps integrate the motor and pump body, allowing them to be placed directly into a water tank or bucket for easy portability and on-site operation.
2. Recommended Centrifugal Self-Priming Water Pumps
Equipped with a 0.75kW–1kW motor and a self-priming housing, these pumps provide a stable flow rate within a water head range of 0–30m, meeting the irrigation needs of most home gardening applications.
Compact, quiet, and easy to maintain, they also feature dry-run protection for safer operation.
3. Advantages of Electric Chargeable Water Pumps
Portable design with a built-in dual-core charging system. They can reach a maximum water pressure of 50–100m. They are compatible with various water delivery methods, including spray booms and showerheads, making them suitable for flower pots, greenhouses, and small sprinkler systems.
It can operate continuously for approximately 5 hours on a single charge, making it suitable for temporary irrigation in off-grid environments.
4. Compatible with NINGBO AOSHENG MACHINE CO., LTD. Products

Key Points for Selecting a Submersible Pump for Wastewater or Sludge Containing Solids
1. Key Technical Parameters
Head and Flow: Select the pump's rated head based on the maximum head required on site. The flow rate must meet the design flow of the wastewater treatment system.
Particle Size Limit: The maximum solid particle diameter must be less than 50% of the minimum cross-sectional dimension of the pump channel. Generally, this limit should not exceed 100mm to prevent clogging.
2. Structure and Material Requirements
Double mechanical seals or corrosion-resistant alloys (such as SS304/SS316L) improve wear resistance and leak prevention, making them suitable for wastewater containing sand, slurry, or chemical media.
Built-in filters or cutting rotors can crush large particles during the pumping process, reducing the risk of clogging.
3. Standards and Specifications Reference
According to the "Technical Specifications for Submersible Pumping Stations" (Ministry of Water Resources), the volume concentration of solid particles should not exceed 2%, and the maximum particle size should be ≤ 50% of the minimum dimension of the pump flow path.
When selecting a pump, ensure that the medium temperature is ≤40°C and the pH range is 4–10 to ensure the chemical compatibility of the pump material.
